goddamn, what a bummer
today i begin my three month sentence at ~bOº°P. yesterday i launched my very own weblog so i will have it: an accessible hobby while incarcerated.
i chose blogger (recently purchased by google) because it's free and way easy, if not full-featured. the hardest part was picking from the eight available templates (fully modifiable if you wanna dig into the html - just changed some fonts so far, but intend to redesign).
to get the feel for things, i started posting quotes from people who actually have something to say. later, maybe, i'll join the fray. for now i see it as a way to collate items i find interesting with links off to add depth. i don't manage bookmarks very well and this is a way to summarize and maintain context. i plan to link every stand-out name, word or phrase to either IMDB or Wikipedia (characterized this weekend as a hub of collective ignorance and ill intent - WARNING: DON'T BELIEVE A THING YOU SEE... or cross-reference asshole) because i can.
